Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 500 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 50 grams Pecorino Romano
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until they start to soften and burst.
  4. Add the garlic cloves (minced) and cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to coat in the tomato and garlic mixture.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
