    Icing:

    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 2 tablespoons milk
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Directions:

    1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, granulated sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
    2. Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the yeast mixture. Stir to combine.
    3. In another bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
